Exceptional staff service enhanced our stay, with warm and accommodating personalities making us feel truly valued! The dining options, especially breakfast, surpassed our expectations with a lavish spread and delightful flavors.

Though the beach area was beautiful, the number of children and noise levels on weekends detracted slightly from the overall ambience. tranquility was hard to find during peak hours.

The villa was stunning, the beach was beautiful, and the gym was impressively equipped. We especially enjoyed kayaking with the friendly staff, making the whole trip memorable.

During my stay, I faced several disappointments. The food and drink prices were exorbitantly high, leaving us with little choice but to skip meals. A cocktail at £25 was somewhat expected, yet £9 for an iced coffee seemed excessive. The lack of variety in dining options felt disappointing, with only two main restaurants available, and their food quality didn't meet the 5-star standard I anticipated.

The relaxing atmosphere is enhanced by stunning surroundings and exceptional service. The breakfast offers a vast selection, and the pools are well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds available. Notably, the staff go above and beyond, making guests feel truly welcome, with standout experiences from Abbas and Anura. However, the membership cost is high, and although the gym & spa facilities are excellent, they can get crowded at times. Additionally, the food at the pool could be more diverse.

An Unforgettable Family Getaway

Enjoyed three nights of family fun! The poolside service was remarkable, especially from the lifeguards who made sure we were relaxed. Our room was spacious and clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. Tip, Opt for ground floor rooms for a peaceful ambiance away from loud neighbors.

I love how the pools were so inviting and the beach was perfect for lounging around. The spa services, like the full body massage and steam room, made it easy to relax after a busy day. Only downside was having to wait a bit for them to get the poached eggs just right at breakfast. otherwise, everything was fantastic! 🌞

This hotel offers a beautiful setting with a luxurious feel and attentive staff, which made for a lovely stay. However, the noise from nearby guests and music at the pool detracted from the overall experience. Eating was enjoyable though, with diverse offerings to suit dietary needs.

We just had the most incredible stay! The food at breakfast was out of this world, especially with the variety given my vegetarian preference. Plus, the pool service was outstanding, but do expect some slow moments! Overall, a memorable experience that surpassed the stunning photos online. I’d definitely come back!

the service at lunch was below expectations. but the breakfast buffet was incredible! ! plentiful options and fresh ingredients 🍳. the staff genuinely cared about our comfort, and the room was spacious and clean. loved the cozy atmosphere!

The buffet breakfast provided an array of options that catered to various tastes. The garden view from our room added an extra touch of beauty to our experience.

However, the cost of spa treatments felt a bit steep.

We appreciated the friendly staff's effort, especially the porter who offered us water for our long drive. The unexpected Valentine's Day chocolates added a delightful personal touch to our stay.
